Lourdes #6

 Tuesday, September 30

I am the Immaculate Conception.

 

Our bags are packed.

After breakfast, we went

to the grotto.

We were attending the 8.30am mass.

Justine on chat.

Mass was in Spanish.

We are lighting our ...

9th and 10th candles.

Bye-bye Lourdes.

We will see you again. 

One last look.

More pilgrims were arriving ...

... in large groups.

Another mass is going on.

Laura and Peter are truly

God-sent angels to us ...

and our family. 

They took care of us so well,

it's hard to say goodbye.

So we said, we will you again.

Laura said, 

"Bring Justine and Kayden

next time.

Send my regards to your mom,

Jessie and her husband,

Diana and her husband,

and Carol and her husband."

The encounters experienced

the past 5 days in Lourdes

have been so amazing.

We are waiting for the bus

to get to train station to go to

 Toulous to catch a plane to

 Bergamos,  Milan.

The bus came at 11.15am.

Nice ride. Like a tour bus.

We saw the town of

Lourdes for a bit. 

At the train station. 

12.45pm train to Toulouse.

1.45 hours train ride.

Our flight was at 7pm. 

Laura prepared lunch for us.

A pack of 2 chicken thigh-

drumsticks for each of us

and a packet of ham.

We took one pack for lunch

and kept the other for dinner.

After finishing the first pack,

we were tempted to just

finish up the 2nd pack. 

Bryan said we should keep

that for dinner.

On flight to Bergamos, Milan.

Arrived at 8.40 pm. 

Got an Italian sandwich.

Took a cab to our Airbnb,

about 10 minutes away.

Lemure Foresteria

Clean and new.
